Happy Holiday Season, everyone! This is the beginning of my favorite time of year – not for the food, or the Starbucks Christmas cups (although I do love them), or even for the Clause – but because it’s when people are starting to think about the new year, what they want to achieve, and how they want to grow and evolve. I decided to start my new year’s goals a little bit early this year, by being a guest contributor to a magazine! I’ve always enjoyed writing, and in addition to my blog, I’ve wanted to write for a publication that reaches a new and unique audience.

Well, I did. And, I’m excited about it!

I recently had the privilege of contributing to the winter issue of Gluten-Free Canada, a publication that helps thousands across Canada live a healthy gluten-free lifestyle. If you’ve ever been to the Gluten-Free Expo (the LARGET gluten-free event in Canada, no big deal), they offer this incredible resource each season to ensure that those living with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivities have access to helpful information and recipes, all-year round. I was super excited to add my two cents to this publication, and I can’t wait for you to read it!

Check out the full issue and my article on getting your vitamins on a gluten-free diet on page 100.
