Norine understands that when it comes to one's relationship with food and health, the struggles are often not just food-related. Whether you lack the motivation, suffer from an illness/disease, or simply need evidence-based health information and a few ideas, she's got you covered! Norine's goal is to spark your interest and teach you how to explore what you can gain from making positive lifestyle changes.




Norine Khalil, MSc, RD
Registered Dietitian
Norine is a Registered Dietitian, graduating from The University of Western Ontario with a degree in Foods and Nutrition. Norine also completed a Master's Degree at McGill University in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
Norine's mission is to educate, challenge, and empower individuals to make the best food and nutritional choices with the goal of ultimately improving both mental and physical wellbeing. Her career has led her to over five years of experience in a number of settings, both clinical and within the community, allowing her to guide people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their nutrition. She has a passion for education in the areas of weight loss, Diabetes management, food allergies and intolerances, and gut health. Norine is also the co-owner and co-founder of One Elephant Integrative Health Team, a collaborative clinic in Oakville, Ontario.
During her Masters, she focused on the link between nutritional knowledge and stress in breast cancer survivors after treatment. She is an active member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and the Dietitians of Canada. Food is not the only thing Norine is passionate about - she loves keeping active through regular yoga practices and Muay-Thai training. She hopes to one day muster up the confidence to compete in Muay-Thai….but don’t hold your breath on that one.
