Try making a batch of this delish Italian dressing for your next bowl of greens! You’ll notice my favorite herbs make an appearance (aka basil and parsley), and this recipe is free of onions and garlic for those looking for a low FODMAP, gut-friendly salad!
Ingredients:
– 2/3 cup EVOO
– 1/4 apple cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
– 1 tbsp dried or fresh parsley
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp dried or fresh basil
– 1 tbsp dried or fresh oregano
– 1 tsp honey
– 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake shake shake until combined. Refrigerate and let the flavor burst before eating. DONE AND DONE.
