We’re days away from my favorite day of the year, International Women’s Day, and I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate and honor our #glam. Eating well for women’s hormonal health can be tricky, but there are certain foods that have been shown to support our hormonal health. This recipe includes vegetables from the Brassica family, which contain compounds that can aid in the elimination of excess estrogen in the body. Consuming these vegetables in the first two weeks of your monthly cycle may aid in the management of menstrual cramps and heavy flow – two of the lovely side effects of our beloved monthly ‘gift’.


1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

1 Banana (frozen)

2 tbsp Cacao Powder

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk

1.5 tsp Maca Powder


Mix all ingredients in a blender and drink it UP.

For added healthy fats, you can add 1/2 avocado or 1 tbsp almond butter.
